This may seem like a lot, and it is, but don’t feel like you need to pull out all of these tricks at every birth. Find what works for your unique client and stick with it until it doesn’t work anymore. Use your friends/family for practice and more of it will ‘stick’ with time and experience. Your main role is to create a safe space for your client and her partner (if she has one) to find their groove!
